Over 20 Years Manufacturing Heritage

Built for the shelf.
Not just the shipment.

Most packaging fails before the customer opens it. Wrong GSM. Weak die-cuts. Color that shifts in transit. Cadeway fixes that — direct account management backed by a manufacturing operation that has been running rigid boxes, folding cartons, and corrugated packaging for over 20 years.

Who We Are

We know why the
5-ply box fails.

Most packaging problems aren't discovered at the customer's door. They're baked in at the spec stage — wrong flute profile, insufficient bursting strength, ink saturation pushed past what the substrate can hold. By the time your shipment lands in New Jersey, it's too late.

Cadeway is a packaging operation backed by a manufacturing partner with over 20 years on the production floor. We're not brokers. We don't place orders and hope. We know the machines, the materials, and the failure points. You get a dedicated contact who understands structural engineering — and can get someone on the factory floor within the hour.

🇺🇸

Direct Accountability

One contact, direct line. When something needs fixing, you're not filing a ticket into a black hole. You get a real answer, fast.

Pre-Ship Inspection

Every order is inspected against your approved structural prototype before a single unit ships. Print registration, bursting strength, moisture barrier — checked before it leaves the floor.

Manufacturing Economics That Work

over 20 years of production means calibrated material sourcing and optimised machine time. 30–40% lower unit cost than domestic equivalents — without cutting GSM or skipping the lamination pass.

Built to Spec, Not to Template

Your dimensions, your substrate weight, your finish. Foil stamp, emboss, soft-touch lamination, spot UV — every structural decision made against your product's actual requirements.

Why Cadeway

The factory knowledge.
The US address.

01

One contact. Full order ownership.

You work directly with a dedicated partner from spec sheet to delivery. No time zone gaps. No language barrier. No chasing a reply into a black hole. If the bursting strength is off on the prototype, we catch it before production — not after your shipment clears customs.

02

Factory economics. Premium standards.

over 20 years of production means calibrated material sourcing, optimised machine time, and cost structures that domestic suppliers cannot replicate. The savings compound at volume — and they don't come from cutting GSM or skipping the lamination pass.

03

Physical prototype before a single unit is printed.

We ship a structural prototype to your door before any production order is placed. Check the greyboard weight. Verify the print registration. Test the magnetic closure torque. If the spec isn't right, we rebuild it. No deposit required. Nothing moves to production until you sign off on the physical sample.

04

250 units to 500,000 — the same floor, the same standards.

No minimum on prototypes. First production runs from 250 units. As volume grows, cost per unit drops — same substrate, same finish spec, same Pantone match. The machines don't change. The quality doesn't either.

"Bad packaging doesn't fail at the customer's door. It fails at the spec sheet. That's where we start."

How It Works

From brief to
landed. Four steps.

No black box. No surprises. Every decision documented, every spec signed off before production begins.

01

Technical Brief

Tell us your format, product dimensions, target weight, and finish requirements. No dieline yet — we develop the structural spec from scratch. GSM, flute profile, lamination pass — all documented before anything goes to the floor.

02

Physical Prototype

A structural prototype ships to your door before any production order. Check the greyboard weight, verify die-cut registration, test the closure mechanism. Nothing moves to print until you sign off on the physical sample.

03

Production Sign-Off

Prototype approved — substrate, print file, finish spec, quantity, and lead time locked in writing. Price confirmed. No spec drift, no substrate substitutions without your explicit sign-off.

04

Pre-Ship Inspection & Delivery

Every production run is inspected against the approved prototype — print registration, structural integrity, finish consistency. Shipped directly to your warehouse or 3PL, fully tracked from production to your door.
